Synopsis
In order to complete her thesis on Real in Cinema, Maria do Mar shoots the old manors of Douro and Minho, in the north of Portugal. The last one she visits it's a more isolated house, hidden between vineyards. She is enchanted by everything that seems genuine and, in her opinion, true. Until one day. Her touching candor leads her blindly to the depths of horror. A house that fits all of Henry James' evil novel.
